We are pleased to welcome you to the pages of the next issue of the scientific and practical journal "Comorbidity Neurology". In the modern world, where patients increasingly suffer from a multitude of interrelated diseases, the focus of research and clinical practice is naturally shifting towards a holistic and integrated approach to their study.

 In this issue, we have endeavored to highlight the most pressing issues arising at the interface between neurology and other medical disciplines. You will find here the results of the latest research on the diagnosis and treatment of comorbid conditions, as well as reviews and clinical cases illustrating the challenges and opportunities of managing such patients. 

Special attention is paid to non-drug therapies for cephalgia, offering alternative approaches to headache management. The problem of NSAID-gastropathies complicating the treatment of pain syndromes is considered. A new model of chronic pelvic pain, important for understanding pathogenesis and developing effective treatment strategies, is presented. A comparative analysis of the use of chondroprotectors in real clinical practice is published, providing practical recommendations for their use. The results of the study of dorsopathies peculiarities in servicemen of Samarkand region are also presented, emphasizing the importance of taking into account regional factors in diagnostics and treatment of spine diseases. 

The scientific and practical journal "Comorbidity Neurology" is designed to become a platform for sharing knowledge and clinical experience in the field of diagnosis and treatment of neurological diseases with other comorbid pathologies.
