ABSTRACT

This article discusses the history of the development of the doctrine of comorbidity and comorbid neurology from S.P. Botkin to the present day. Special attention is paid to the development of a new research branch – comorbid neurology, which is based on the study of patients with concomitant neurological diseases and the development of comprehensive approaches to their treatment. Modern technologies such as artificial intelligence and neurolysis techniques are opening new horizons in diagnosis and treatment, allowing specialists to develop individualized therapeutic strategies. With the global increase in the incidence of neurological disorders, comorbid neurology provides valuable tools to improve patients' quality of life.
